You agree to make payments using that selected Payment Method. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment.

Upon order placement, users receive email or message notifications with tracking links. Delivery times vary depending on location, typically between 2-5 working days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order amount.

This limitation of liability section shall prevail over any conflicting or inconsistent provision contained in any of the documents comprising this Agreement. While availing any of the payment method(s) offered by Trendy Bites, We are also not responsible or take no liability of any kind in respect to any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you out of the payment decline due to 1) Lack of authorization for any transaction(s), or 2) Exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and your Bank(s) and/or Service Provider(s), or 3) Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or 4) Decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Trendy Bites, its partners, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages or costs arising from your use of this website, your breach of these Terms of Service, or infringement of any intellectual property right.
